They (3 folks) were on time and completed the whole job in a structured manner within about 90 minutes (about 1200sft). We thought they did a decent job and were honest! I'm not knowledgeable about state-of-art equipment but their's didn't 'seem' sophisticated or high-end. But it got the job done and that too our carpet was relatively new with 'no' stains. The personnel didn't know fluent English - not that this really mattered, but just in case. In the end, I think it's worth the price - I categorize these guys into low-end service providers, so if you are looking for posh, ultra-modern, highly professional etc, you may not like them...
