I contacted them on a Wednesday to have my driveway plowed, and told them that I was in no big hurry. Friday afternoon would be fine. Their time estimate was late in the afternoon, or Thursday if they got held up. Their guys were at my home within a few hours, early the same afternoon. While one guy plowed, another shoveled my sidewalks (I have a corner house, so there is a lot of extra sidewalk to shovel). Although my driveway is twice a long as most of my neighbors, there was no extra charge. Fast, friendly service at a very reasonable price - a good deal around!
