Josh did a great job. He responded quickly and then arrived next day on time. He analyzed the problem very quickly and said he would have to order the part. He came back two days later as he said he would and finished the repair. I will call him again if I need a appliance repair.

Josh responded quickly, gave me the information I needed to decide whether to repair or replace, and helped me order a new microwave at a good price. He returned shortly after it was delivered to install it. I was totally satisfied with his fees and his work.

He was both personable and professional. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. He was efficient and was in and out fairly quickly.

I would highly recommend WPK. Josh was flexible with our work schedule, forthright with telling us whether we should fix the washing machine, since it was 12 years old. He didn't push us for an immediate answer. In the end, we hired WPK to repair our washer and are very happy!

WPK Appliance (Josh) had excellent customer service and communication skills. He kept me well informed at all times during my dish washer repair project (part had to ordered from Maytag). On the occasions that I called him, If he missed my call, he would return my call within ten minutes. The young man is polite and clean cut. He knew exactly what the problem was and replaced the part in less than ten minutes. He arrived right on time on the day I scheduled. I will recommend him to neighbors and friends.

Excellent service. Had problems with refrigerator. Came right away even it was 8 pm. Charged normal service fees instead of emergency like other companies and very reasonable price for repairs. Honest and professional. My refrigerator is lie new again.

Was available immediately, was on time, very courtious and did a great job. His fee was also very fair and since he wasn't there for the whole hour, offered to come back out if more work was need and credit us the time.

Josh was very professional. He worked efficiently, immediately diagnoised the problem with our dishwasher and completed the repair. He took the time to explain the history of the appliance design and the improvements Bosch has recently included.

Our repairman bent over backwards to help us. Our issue seemed easy at first, but after his first attempt, it still wasn't working. After a few attempts, he found out what the problem was and gave me several options that would work. He came out three different times, and stayed with it until the problem was solved. I would certainly call this company again. I highly recommend them to anyone.
