Wright Way Home Improvement, LLC

We hired Dave in March 2019. When he was finishing up, my husband and I started noticing poor workmanship and asked for a few things to be redone. After he finished, we noticed several areas where the workmanship was truly poor. There were/are screws that are poking out of fence slats, boards that are supposed to join that have gaps, and the worst problem we had was that the double gate he installed ended up sagging and crooked. The gates could not be closed due to sagging that caused a 1.5 overlap. We ended up paying someone a year later to fix the double gate. We did not call Dave to fix these problems last year because we did not trust it would get fixed properly. I gave a 1-star overall rating because he did show up and do the project, which was strengths.

Dave replaced 5 hollow core doors with solid core doors. It turned out great!

Dave Wright did great work for us at a great price. Nice guy too. Will use him again for our next project.

Dave built our new deck and pergola. He did a fantastic job. Everything went as planned and all work was completed in a timely manner. We are on a walking path and I've gotten many compliments. If you need a deck, etc., I'd highly recommend this company. Even my inspector remarked at how well it was built!

Dave re-textured walls in my basement with a knockdown texture and removed old doors and baseboards and re-trimmed everything. He had help in the beginning with the texturing but had to finish the job by himself. He worked very hard on the project (which was probably a little more than he expected) and the price I paid was what was quoted. He did a nice job on the carpentry and most of the texture came out great. Any inconsistencies in the texture are mostly due to the fact it was a re texture and not new construction. Overall he did a great job in a few days on a project that what would have taken me a month-- and the price was very reasonable and well below the other quotes from painters and drywall companies.

Dave works super hard to make sure the finished product looks great.

Dave repaired some holes in our drywall as well as retextured areas. The retexturing was difficult to do perfectly, but Dave said to let him know if we wanted him to redo areas we weren't satisfied with. So we had him come back out and redo a couple areas and they look really good now. He has great customer service and you can believe him when he says, "I am never satisfied until you are!"

Dave did a great job of communicating what all the project would entail. He was clear about the cost and was prompt to give us receipts for what we had paid. He came when he said he would. He finished the job when he said he would. He and Ross did a great job installing 10 doors for us. With some companies, once the job is paid in full, it's hard to get them to come back if something needs fixing. But not Wright Way, Dave came right back and fixed a couple of the bi-fold doors that didn't close quite right. He mentioned several times that he wants us to be happy with his work. And we are!

I had sheetrock repairs and some sheetrock modification done. You have to be very aware when doing sheetrock work its dusty work. Dave did a great job of limiting the dust but it is dusty. That just can't be avoided

Looks great!

Pretty messy, I had to clean up spackle off my floor after he left

David is incredibly nice and thorough.

David did a great job on our deck extension. His price was lower than his competitors and he was able to start and finish the project within a few days while others were saying that it would take them 2-4 weeks before they could start. They quality of the work was excellent as was his attitude throughout the project

Dave was very courteous and did a great job and we plan to hire him again in the future

I would recommend Wright Way to friends. Affordable, quality work. Very knowledgeable, hard working, and on schedule.

Dave was very courteous, reliable, prompt to do the work, and did an excellent job replacing our front deck.

Very courteous and a great job.

Dave was up front about everything. His work was timely and of good quality.

Dave was professional, organized and very personable. I would hire him again.

Fast fair and friendly. Gave written estimate before working. Came in under estimate. Good communication.

We hired Dave to build a railing, two gates and a bench onto our existing deck. Dave provided a very reasonable quote quickly, and understood exactly what we wanted from the project. He completed the work efficiently, on schedule, and did a terrific job. Our deck looks great, I will absolutely recommend Dave to my friends and neighbors.

Very fast response and easy to work with.

David Wright is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He gave very clear and specific estimates and was careful to stay within them. He was willing to do some parts of the job on his own and help us with others so that we could stay within our budget.

He is just right, pun intended.
