Wurzel Builders, Ltd.

The salesman contacted me and bid the project. The workers performed the installation in a professional manner and cleaned up after themselves. I did a follow up appointment to the water heater installation to have my HVAC system inspected and serviced a few days later.

Contractor responded shortly (within 1-2 hours) after I made contact with "ServiceMagic." They were courteous, professional and completed task requested within 30-45 minutes. Thank You.

Responded immediately to Magic Service referral. They came to our home the same day and took care of the problem very well. My tenant had a heating problem and her bathtub drain leaked. Wurzel Builders took care of both problems. I will call on them agian when I need service.

Service was very professional. The team was very curtious and serviced our needs immediately; even taking the time to come out on a Sunday to inspect. Basically, our heater would run during the day, but not during the night and the house was getting very cold with an 8 month old. They taught me how to read the indicator lights on the furnance in order to diagnose the problem. When it occured again they identifed the issue to be the pressure switch. Cost was very reasonable and we felt like they went out of their way to ensure are family was warm. Thank you so very much!!

Two gentlemen came to the house at the appointed time and assessed the problem. It took time for the fireplace to show them the problem - and they determined that it was not condensation, but a sensor. They ordered the sensor. At that time, we asked them to provide quotes on other items. At the appointed time, they returned to the house with the part, installed it (2.5 hours) while assessing the issues which we requested quotes on. I've now received the requested quote. It seems reasonable and we'll probably move forward with the work.

Mike Kirby sent a top notch crew to do our job. They did a very professional job.I am very pleased.
