The work done by their technician was thorough. Although it took 3 visits to fix the problem with my furnace I was very pleased with the service I received from this company. On the first visit the tech, Art, did everything he could to find the source of the problem. He thought he had it solved, but the noise returned. The second time he replaced the part that he fixed the first time, but the problem was still there. Both the tech and the owner of the company had a conference call with me to try to trace the problem -- brainstoming session. They went as far as to contact the manufactures of the furnance (the furnance was only 3 years old). The outcome was that the part that the tech replaced was the cause of the problem. This was supposed to be an improvement to the furnace -- the third visit resulted in the replace of the part. The tech was courteous, explaining to me every aspect of the work he was doing on the furnance. He did not patronize me which the company I had originally contacted to investigate my problem did. When he said he would be there he was (the other company told me a 9-1 time frame and showed up after 6). This company followed through on their investigation. They did not leave my hanging. They answered my calls in a timely manner. I would recommend them to my family and friends without any hesitation.
