Initially Mr. Youmas responded quickly. But after setting an appoitnment, he underestimated travel time, arrived more than hour late. He diagnosed and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. He specializes in Bryant which we didn't know - we asked him if he repaired TRANE and he said yes. Our fault, we should have asked if he installed TRANE as well. So while we have a "patch" and we hope it lasts, we will have to go elsewhere to get new equipment installed.

They came relativly on time and looked over our issue. Turns out is was a minor issue and an easy fix for us. They did still charge the full service fee eventhougth they didn't perform any services and only looked at the furnace. I was not here, but my wife said he was thoughtful and polite.
