Your House Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

Tim was excellent in replacing our Boiler system. He was extremely polite, courteous, and friendly. The purchase price for the Boiler system couldn't have been more reasonable. They beat out the competition in both pricing and financing options. I would recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

Tim did an excellent job with installing our new furnace and air conditioning unit! Very nice gentleman. Did more than expected! I believe we made a new friend. We liked him that much! God Bless and we Pray this review is taken to heart by all that read it. Also want to add that the price was very reasonable for such workmanship and units!

Tim called the night I put the request in. Came the next day and did the job very resonably ! Nice work !

I was glad that he did good job and speedly service and gave us advice about safety isse about my central air with vinyl cover for winter season. the price was reasonable to service and part.

TIM WORKED VERY HARD INSTALLNG TH A/C AND DID A GREAT JOB. THE A/C IS WORKING VERY WELL.

Your house heating contractor Tim was the best. He was on time and went to work right away. He would answer any questions but kept on doing his work at the same time. You could tell he was a trained mechanic. When done, he left the area as clean as it was before. Explained all I needed to know and went over the warranty. If I could give him a higher rating than 5 I would.

Tim was great. He walked us through everything we needed and gave us a great estimate. He was quick to get in and out and followed up with us to make sure our needs were met. On a side note while running his tests he noticed a few other things that needed to be fixed and did them free of charge. This is the real deal, you can't find quality and service like this anywhere else. If I ever need any work done on other projects I would give him a call back first thing.

Tim did a very professional job, Minimun fuss, maximum cleanup. Very pleased with his work.

Tim was fantastic!! He was prompt from start to finish. He installed a new central air unit at our house. He was professional and polite! The date of the install was June 19th and we had thought is was going to take a day and a half to do the install. But because it was over 90 degrees that day Tim stayed until after 8 PM to make sure the install was complete and everything was running correctly before leaving. Then he took the time to call the next day to make sure our house was nice and cool. I would recommend Tim at Our House Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone who needs a quality job done!!

Tim was wonderful. I am a very picky person and very often dissatisfied with contractors. But I have no complaints here! He was timely, neat, thorough, and trust worthy. He went above and beyond for us and we are extremely pleased!
