I called this business thinking they were local and they weren't. Regardless, I needed a lock cylinder and deadbolt replaced. The lock needing attention is a heavy duty commercial lock that can be keyed like the others of the facility...this is why I called a locksmith. Tech showed up, not professional looking at all, took pics and advised he had to go to shop to get parts. He came back with a similar lockset and stated the whole thing needed to be replaced. The cost was $199.99. Not knowing the industry very well, assumed it was probably the going rate. He left the lock and I installed. Shortly after that, I ran to the local Lowe's to get some other items. While there, I passed by the lock department. Sure enough, the lock he just sold me for $199.99 was sitting on the shelf for $26. I called the folks here and they stated I needed to email a person for resolution since I felt I was overcharged. They have no phone number for complaints (RED FLAG) I explained my situation and have yet to hear back. No reputable business puts their customers through this. RED FLAGS for other consumers: 1) No uniform. Not a necessity but look professional. 2) Had to go to shop/office to get parts. 3) Parts he brought back had instructions and screws/hardware in plastic bags (he removed from the box to lessen the suspicion). 4) No phone number other than to request service. 5) They aren't local to anyone (other than the random guy they send out). I would not recommend this entity to anyone. Should they try to resolve this matter, I will edit the review.

Do not use this company. I misplaces the keys to my car and a locksmith came out. He made me a key that cost $270. The key programming they did caused issues with my radio/time/clock system. My Sync system was frozen on the day and time they performed a job. When I realized this I called the technician and the company. After much discussion the technician told me to unplug and then re-plug in my battery. I did this, and it did not help. He then agreed to give me a refund and take the key back. I found my old (deprogrammed) key and took it to Ford and had them reprogram my key before giving this company back the faulty key they gave me. With the new programming/key, my Microsoft Sync system starting working again! I told this to the technician through a text prior to returning the key to him. He then decided, since I found my old key, he would no longer refund me as promised. So now, not only am I out $270 for a faulty key, I also paid Ford $120 to reprogram MY key. The technician is no longer returning my messages and the company is now trying to say my Sync system was never messed up and I made the whole thing up... After I already got it fixed! I am so furious! I have text messages and numerous phone calls proving they offered me a refund. Whether or not I got a new key made was none of their business, and I would not have told them had I thought they would try to use that against me. Feel this is an extremely sketchy company with out of date programming for their keys! So if you have a newer car, do not use them!

Very knowledge and professional. Price for work was reasonable. Would use again.

They are very efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely hire them again. They checked to see if I was safe while waiting for them to arrive.
