John and his crew were very polite and did a very good job on our front yard. It went over budget but the tree roots were a bear to deal with. We are having them come back to finish planting in the spring. Looking forward to having my whole yard finished and looking good.

I hired them to first of all put in a sprinler system for my front yard. They are very expensive. When they were finished and I had problems, they were very slow to respond to my calls and harder yet to return here and remedy the problems. They blamed me and a company whom I hired to design my yard, for the problems and want to charge me another $100 because their sprinkler equipment was inferior. They came today and replaced all emitters but still have not set the clock correctly, capped the wiring system which is in the ground and exposed to the elements, and put a cover on the electrical panel on the wall exposed to the elements.

"client hired me to design her yard beginning with a drip system which installed a perfectly.she then took the ideas which I gave her then hired another company to install them at which time they completely trashed the whole drip system.she called me to complain that the system was not working and did not even say that another company had installed wood planters in her yard and pulled up all my lines broken some and punctured others she tried so tell me on the phone that my system was malfunctioning in the hopes that I would send out a crew to do the repairs I confronted her,explained a charge would occur,did the repairs and was never paid wow"

Water Feature Fountain or Waterfall Installation
Very Happy with them. John and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable and excelllent company to hire. When and if we win the big Power Ball lottery and we build a new mansion with an unobstructed panorama view of the Sandia Mountains we will have them build a waterfall ten times bigger then the one they just build for us. Tomorrow night, June 16th we are having a small family bar-b-q to show off our new waterfall. Nobody knows about it yet.

Zia Scapes, Inc., was very professional. John showed up and gave me an estimate. Then showed up on the day he promised and started work with two other gentleman and a large truck to haul away branches. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the back and side of the house from branches and leaves. They planted a tree and put in a large line and several smaller lines for drip irrigation, as well as a regulator valve. They cleaned up after the work and left everything looking beautiful. They even left me some parts in case I needed to install more drip lines and showed me how the whole system worked. I'm very happy.

Sod Installation
I contacted John on a Tuesday and my new sod was installed on Friday. This was during a very busy time for landscaping contractors. The sod is beautiful and my lawn is getting very good comments from my neighbors.

John was very helpful and generous when it came to helping me with my backyard project. Not only was John always available for any concerns I had but if I needed something extra, he would go above and beyond to help me try to fit it within my budget. It is important to mention that not only was John extremely kind but so was his crew, especially Carlos, who helped answer any questions I had and reflected also John's generosity . Overall, John and his company Zia Scapes is an excellent company, worthy of recommendation and further enlistment with future projects.

Did a first-class job. I knew only the basic perimeters of what I wanted, John Dacamara made some great suggestions, and then he and his crew followed thru with correspondingly fine workmanship, using the best of materials. My next door neighbor saw some of the results, and in turn contracted them to do a considerable amount of work. All in all, I can highly recommend that they will give you an excellent product--for me, they replaced a cedar fence, a redwood deck, indoor ceiling drywall repair, and sealed off 8 skylights.

Zia Scapes actually completed three of my projects I wanted done. They poured (2) concrete pads of over 10yards of cement to my design, poured a small storage shed pad, landscaped a small yard with sod and placed gravel throughout the rest of the sides and back. I couldn't have asked for a more professional job! John was super nice and completed the job in two days and even started the day after the bid. After I designed my yard, John with Zia Scapes made it into reality and it looks better with the eyes than in my head!
