The repairman, Mark, who came out to service our heating unit was very knowledgeable of the issue. He took the time to explain what happened and to further inform me of the piece of equipment he was replacing. Everything is working excellently now and it only took him all of an hour and a half to get in and service the unit and get everything running again. We especially needed such fast service as it was the coldest day in town! Mark did a great job.

Outstanding customer service from the first contact thru the install and it continues when they return 2x per year for the maintenance program. Top notch team @ Zipf-Air, I'm very happy. I have been doing business with them since 2005.
