"I hired Vargas Roofing to repair two spots on an asphalt shingle roof. He also said that he could do the gutter cleaning. He set it up for a few days later. He came on time and worked alone. Within a few hours, he had patched the roof, did the gutter cleaning, and sealed everything. He even cut some branches so they didn't hit the roof. He was respectful of my property by cleaning up the shingles and all the leaves. Having one person do both jobs really was very helpful. I would hire him again."

"Larry showed up to do an estimate and we decided to do the section of our Spanish tile roof that was leaking. I worked with Marjorie to get the details of the project worked out and set a date for the work to begin. She was very accommodating and listened to our concerns. She made sure the workers covered our outdoor tiled patios so that it wouldn't get damaged. They began a day early as their schedule opened up early. The work has been going well so we asked if they could do the whole roof. They made that happen. We have been very pleased with them overall. Marjorie is a rock star at her job. "They did a great job. Quick, professional and great value for the quality of work. The job had very difficult access issues, cleanup required carrying material a long distance down a steep hill. Some contractors would not even bit on the job due to access issues. Green Mountain had no problem. This was a old roof from the 1970's and had a number of patches and attempted fixes which were not of high quality. Green Mountain cleaned off all the old roofing, and noted that the original roof had a design flaw that caused bad drainage. They suggested an easy fix which added several new outlets for water. Their suggestions were a great idea and I had them do that also. They also patched and repainted the inside water damage areas. Their work was such that I no longer even notice that there was water damage which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them."

"We used Grace Builders for a roof that needed replaced. They had the best customer service and a very fair price, combined with good reviews from others who had used them. This all led to me choosing them for my roof and they did a wonderful job. They came out to assess my roof the day I called (or the next day, either way it was fast), and after I agreed and chose my shingles, they were working on my roof the very next week. The workers arrived early in the morning and worked a long (hot) day, finishing my roof in one go, and they did a very good job. It looks great, they even were able to remove some old pipes and other no longer used stuff from the roof while they were up there. I am very pleased, and if you are in doubt, their website has photos of their work, likely including my roof."
