"Mr. Menendez's crew arrived on time and prepared for work. I had two old wooden exterior columns that had been dry rotting. The crew replaced the columns with a custom PVC wrap. The columns were securely installed to ensure no future water or termite damage. Next, the crew primed my exterior mouldings, my rusted railings, and the awning above the porch, all of which were over 20 years old, rusted, and a huge eyesore. The following day, the crew returned to complete painting, reinstallation of the railings, and the final touch which was painting my security door and my front door! They provided new screws for the railing and painted my front door blue--- both of which were complentry to the work I paid for."

On work day 1 a big crew came out and got to work and never slowed down. It was about an 8 day job with some downtime due to rain, but they came back as soon as it was dry enough to finish. The walls look spectacular! We are a very unique white stucco townhome community on the lake in Columbia and could not be happier with the way it turned out.
