Established in 1999, Hogan Builders Inc. is a Design and Build firm that specializes in creating what our clients envision as their dream home. For some this means adding onto and remodeling an existing home. For others, it means the construction of a new home. In either case we are fully qualified to make your dream home a reality. Our owner, Sean Hogan is a former President and board member of the Athens Area Home Builders Association. He has been appointed by the mayor and Commission of Athens, GA to serve for 5 years on the Hearings Board which reviews zoning variance requests. In addition, he has also served as Commissioner of the Clarke County Historic Preservation Commission. As such, Sean is particularly adept at ensuring your design will fit within the context of your neighborhood. In 2004 Hogan Builders was awarded the Athens – Clarke Heritage Foundation award for Outstanding Community Revitalization. Sean also hold his Lead and Soil certificate. Something else that sets us apart from other Design and Build firms is how we have built our team of sub-contractors. Our subs are held under contract with us. This means that you will never have to negotiate with anyone. Once we have correctly understood your wishes, we will effectively communicate them to the concerned parties and make sure that the work is completed in an efficient and timely manner.
