As part of the job, they replaced a couple pieces of soffit that needed repair. They did a great job all around. He came out to the home to do several formal estimates and suggest things that we had not thought of and guide us on what would and would not add value to the home. I had already received quotes for a lot of the things I wanted to be done from individual trades and GH Construction Services was absolutely competitive or better. I did not realize at the time that instead of a repairman, I needed a painter, and a good one. Mine is a brick house, over 20 years old. One thing led to another and I realized that not just the garage door, but all the trim around the house needed attention and a few other things besides. The crew at Roll City Painting did the entire house trim, re-stained a fence which badly needed re-staining, re-stained a pergola to match, painted a concrete patio, and even rebuilt four exterior decorative shutters that were beginning to disintegrate.
