"Unfortunately I am sorry to say that after years of using this company we have had to leave and find another. Up until this year they were fair and reasonable. Our most recent project we were told would include rerouting our main sprinkler line and was cost prohibitive so we were advised by Dickinson to go a different route that would not mean moving anything. We did what they advised and were charged for a service call. Once our deck project was completed we called them back out to change our sprinkler heads and finish the project. They came out and changed 2 of the 5 heads, charged us another service fee, then said they would return later. On the 3rd visit, they changed out the other 3 heads, charged us yet another call and the project was finally completed. We were told that we would receive an invoice with total prices on it. When I paid, the total was over $120 more than invoiced. I called the owner because I thought maybe there had been a double billing Mistake and he told me “no” that was the price and I should be content because it was less than rerouting my entire main line. The job should have been charging one consult and one visit. The fact that the serviceman decided to break it up into 2 visits is unprofessional and should not charge an extra $120 visit fee. No lines were dug or moved, one was shortened by 12” with a head change, 4 other heads were changed. Charging over $530 for less than 2 hours worth of work and a few heads is unrealistic. I do not recommend using this company anymore since their methods and customer care has taken such a change."

"The products being used have done nothing to improve my backyard experience! I am still having the same issues I had i hadsince before contracting them. I made several out cries that I need them to bring something stronger, the customer service rep claims it will be, but when the technician shows up he explains it is the same stuff! I have seen fire ants, reg ants, wasps, red hornets, spiders, mosquitoes and termites.. all that they claimed the treatment would treat. NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! I am fed up with this company! I demand something is done!"

They are meticulous, friendly, punctual, and take time to make suggestions to improve my landscape. Price for any improvement is offered and is never over priced or changed. Most important, special care is taken with the safety of my pets and roses. I recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a professional and caring company who takes pride in their work."

"We spent approximately $17,000 on this project. After the installation (August 2016), it appeared that the installation was generally okay. However, my wife and I did note to Mr. Young that his employees had stapled the wires running up the trees very deep into the tree bark (see attached pictures) and that eventually as the trees grow there would likely be an electrical short. Mr. Young responded that this was normal installation procedure and that he had never had any troubles in previous installations. In October 2017 (after the warranty expired), a short did occur as predicted and three lights in a row went out. Mr. Young refused to acknowledge it was due to the extreme stabling referred to above. However, the solution to the problem required him running new wires up the same trees with less severe stapling. We had to pay Mr. Young $500 to resolve the specific issue that was clearly caused by his poor installation but he would not replace all the wiring running up the other trees. Therefore, we are likely to experience future failures do to Mr. Young's poor installation. After Mr. Young repaired the problem and we paid him, I asked a Master Electrician to look at pictures of the "severe stapling" and he said "of course it caused the short." Later we had a bulb go out and when I tried to find the same type of bulb that would fit, I discovered it was no longer being produced. I called Mr. Young to ask where I could find another bulb that would work and he said the one he installed was still being produced. When I informed him that the company that produced the bulb had on their website that it was no longer in production, he accused me of speaking to him in a condescending manner. Mr. Young has a great sales pitch but does not stand behind his work and becomes argumentative if you do not agree with him. Luckily for me, the company who no longer produces the original bulb (that Mr. Young installed) in our back yard helped me find another bulb (at no cost) that is produced by a competitor. Mr. Young simply refused to help."

"It was discussed at the beginning that their crew will come and look at the sprinkler problem and give me a quote. after the review they gave me a sky rocketing quote ($5000-$6000) so i decided to move on with some other company, they fixed the problem in less than $500. two months down the lane I receive $125 an invoice for inspection which I was told that they would just come out and give me a quote, no cost for inspection. Unfortunately, there is no email or txt about this so I can't prove it. The person at the front desk apologizes for the miss communication, but i still have to pay for it. I would not recommend this company. Make sure to get everything in written if you are going with them."

"Stay far, far away. They completely bail on you, then lie about it. They promised they'd be at my house between 5 and 10 pm, and that they'd call first. Sat by my phone all night and they never called or showed. They claimed a technician tried to call and I didn't answer, which is a lie. So now they want to reschedule for a later date, while it's over 90 degrees in my house for another night. Horrible experience."

After waiting 10+ days for Sunbelt Electric (their only approved contractor), their tech, Frank, diagnosed a bad fan motor—yet OneGuard refused to replace it and still billed me the service fee. Customer service was unhelpful, offshore, and confusing, so I ended up paying out of pocket to fix the motor. I felt misled and stalled at every turn, and I can no longer recommend OneGuard."

"Terminix ripped of a 88 year old USAF Veteran. They were just supposed to come and do an assessment to get a quote on what the service would run. The Tech Ray Clay Jr ID# 99155 relay2terminix.com came on a rainy day and was only suppose to evaluate and give an estimate. He stood around talking for a few minutes then left. A few weeks later Ruben Longoria ID# 560615 who was the actual y inspector who should have came first showed up. I explained to him about the previous visit and that we were still wanting an estimate for the home owner. They charged $204.59 and when we called the local office we found out they were closed down with no local office. So we called to every office and regional office to let them the charge was placed with no service being done, but no one wanted to help. We never agreed on a continued plan due to the bad service, but they tried to request a second payment even after informing them that we did not want to use them. And now they filed a claim and a credit company is seeking payment . STAY AWAY if they will do this to a 88 year old woman, who else??"
