"I would highly recommend Jimdandi Painting for any painting needs. For us, they did a fabulous job on our home exterior. I could not have been more satisfied! Note that this is not a typical painting company: the owner Dan works with just two other men and it was obvious that all three took great pride in their work. When Dan came to do the estimate he did an excellent job first listening then explaining their process and materials. He made it clear that they wouldn't be the cheapest because their company and approach are different. Dan carefully customized the service based on our situation. For example, with our house, the builder did a poor job installing the HardiPlank siding, thus there were loose boards and many more nail holes and gaps than would have otherwise been present. Dan suggested a different grade of chalk that would expand and contract more than the typical painters chalk that is applied and can be painted over immediately. In this case, after the house was thoroughly cleaned, the crew checked and secured all loose planks, scraped and chalked, and then allowed the caulk to cure for a week before starting the painting. This is just one example of the care Dan and his crew took during the job. "Mark Mathis, the owner, and his crew run by Bob are "hands down" the best painters on the northside of Indpls. I've had a lot of painting done over the last 20 yrs, and I've never encountered a painting team w/more integrity, comprehensive eye for detail, and a "can do" attitude.
Their price is fair, Mark understood the nature and time frame for our project, and even though he's in the busiest time of the year for him, he was able to fit his crew in to our timeframe.

We had our roof replaced, our homes exterior painted, some siding replaced as well as two exterior dormer windows replaced. My daughter has used this company as well for new gutters as well as exterior painting. The workers are always friendly , professional and experienced. They answer all questions that you may have and leave the job site spotless after the job is completed. The office staff is always helpful and friendly as well and promptly return calls. "CDH is a Fantastic company! I was greeted with respect and courtesy in my conversation. Clint, the owner of CDH, called me personally. I shared with him the details of my project. He has a lot of experience in the resurfacing business, and he pointed out a couple of things that I hadn't thought about. I wanted to resurface my tub due to a chip in the porcelain and the increasing difficulty I was having with the cleaning the tub. Clint let me know this was common with cast iron tubs as old as mine (28 years old in fact), and that this would get worse over time. He recommended an inexpensive option to fix the chip, and let me know how his process worked. My wife didn't want something that stunk up the condo. Clint assured me that they vent to an outside window and use a scent that smells great. The drying time is just 4 hours and uses environmentally safe materials that really don't add much to the cost, but protect the homeowner and Clint's crew. There was NO pressure to book a job, just a genuine desire to help and make sure all my questions were answered. Clint was also happy to share his pricing with me and explained that he offers the best price he can while maintaining a profit margin that allows him to stay in business and treat his customers and employees well. I did the temporary patch for $5 Clint recommended, and I'm going to have him come back in the spring or summer to re-glaze the tub. I'm a business owner, and I respect his desire for excellence in product and service. I also greatly appreciated his openness and honesty. I will be hiring him for this Spring or Summer. If you have need of a re-glazing project I can't think of a better choice than Clint and CDH. I'll update my review after I have my project finished."
