However, after talking with thw owner, Ceasar, I decided to move forward on a project to add pavers to my backyard and it turned out amazing. They even used some excess dirt to level out one area of my yard, no extra charge. They "had me where they wanted me" and I had no choice but to pay this outrageous bill. Never again."
