"Soctt's was unable to kill our weeds.  We live in an upscale neighborhood and need to have a week free lawn.  They could not deliver. What's the point in Scott's offerring to come back out to do another appliction if it doesn't work?  An excuse we heard over and over "when it's this hot, nothing works"  After they get your money they don't care.  I am glad to be done with them. <br />"

"I have used TruGreen for several years hoping my lawn would look better. <br /> Unfortunately, it has not improved at all. Still large patches of crab grass. Many patches without grass. <br /> The 'personalized service' never happened. <br /> I do give them credit for controlling dandelions. <br /> TruGreen came and applied the lawn treatments on time. <br /> The worst part of the whole experience was trying to cancel the service. I called the 877 number and told the person answering the phone I wanted to cancel. She asked why and I explained. <br /> I was then transferred to another person that asked the same question. I explained, again. <br /> I ended up telling this person, at least half a dozen times, to cancel the service. Each time I was told I would get some deal if I did not stop the service. <br /> I finally got angry enough to hang up. <br /> VERY frustrating. <br /> You may find the service valuable but, it is painful to have them stop. <br />"
