"Ron Bunton, the owner handled the job on a professional basis.  He tried to cover every detail necessary to complete the job. He frequently consulted with my wife and I over how we wanted certain tasks handled. It is important that the customer know what they want.  Don't expect Capstone to due design work although their suggestions can be very helpful. The job was challenging and sometimes I the customer wasn't prepared with some of the material that I needed to decided on and purchased. When dealing with Capstone, I think it is important to write down and adhere to a schedule of choosing and purchasing those materials that the customer is responsible for.  In our case all fixtures, tile, wood flooring, windows and some doors were to be customer provided. Lack of having them when needed can lead to delays. That being said there weren't very many delays in the doing of this job.

Overall Capstone did an excellent job and a year later we are very happy with the result"

"Installers were prompt and worked efficiently.  New installer needed a bit more professional training, since he asked if he could smoke an e-cigarette inside.  When I said "no", he was polite and smoked outside.  At least he asked.  Installers looked a bit "rough" but they wore company shirts and did a good job.  My only problem with this company was that their hours were inconvenient, although they made arrangements to be open when I requested.

"It did not go as well as we had hoped.  He missed straightening out/tightening  some of the siding slats and I had to call him back to make corrections in the places which were still sagging.  He did not appear to understand the type of repair that was needed to straighten out and secure the siding slats.

They worked clean and checked their work before asking me to do a walk-thru before payment. My neighbor and real estate agent raved about the paint job. I have referred Galvans Painting to both of them. He and his crew do phenomenal work. The cut-in work, orange peel, I could go on. They also pressure washed the exterior and it looks like a brand new home. They painted every room in a 2,000 sq. ft. home in two days before my moving truck arrived.
