Technician Aaron arrived as scheduled and very efficiently and professionally replaced the existing water heater and water circulating pump. The Negative -Outrageous price: I will get over it, but never in my life have I ever been so upset and angry about the cost of a service. We have always been very willing to pay without complaint for quality services. However, this was completely over the top. For $5,128.26 (that included a significant discount) we received a 75-gallon gas water heater, a water circulating pump, minimal amount of copper pipes & fittings, plus 5 hours labor. And there was 40-min travel time to and from Albany. For this reason, we will look for a different plumbing service for any future needs. "
