"I received Vargas Roofing contact information from Home Advisor and contacted Gilbert Vargas directly to discuss replacing the canales on my flat roof home with downspouts. Gilbert responded immediately and provided an onsite visit followed by a competitive estimate compared to several other vendors. Mr. Vargas worked his schedule around the fact that I was having the house stuccoed and returned once the schedule was final to discuss colors, and downspout configuration for each set of canales. I would highly recommend Vargas Roofing for your seamless gutter needs. Gilbert Vargas is a professional business person and attends to the job personally to ensure your satisfaction."

"Gilbert did an excellent job repairing the roof tiles. He also walked the entire roof. He repaired the tiles that were out of place. Very good job, I would hire him again."

"Larry showed up to do an estimate and we decided to do the section of our Spanish tile roof that was leaking. I worked with Marjorie to get the details of the project worked out and set a date for the work to begin. She was very accommodating and listened to our concerns. She made sure the workers covered our outdoor tiled patios so that it wouldn't get damaged. They began a day early as their schedule opened up early. The work has been going well so we asked if they could do the whole roof. They made that happen. We have been very pleased with them overall. Marjorie is a rock star at her job. She really understands customer service. The workers worked hard the whole time they were here. We would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof. They do good work and warranty it. Refreshing for us to witness a company who wants to do a good job."

"Juan and his team did an outstanding job on my new roof. My wife and I could not be happier. The job was completed quickly (three days) but the work was done with professional care. They left my place clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Juan and his crew! I have attached some pictures as examples of the results."

"Complete re-stucco on single story home with walled courtyard. 15 year old home with original bad stucco job which was beginning to fail. Couldn't be happier and house looks great. All hand applied and can really tell the difference. Crew was wonderful and really cleaned up with no debris left. Will call these guys again for other home repairs. Very reasonable price for quality job well done."

"We hired Grace Builderâ s to do a full roof replacement. TPO for our tar abs gravel roof and metal. Their price was by far the best and customer service was outstanding! Noemí was wonderful to work with! Answered all of our questions and provided us with lots of information. We would definitely work with her again on future projects!"

"They did a great job. Quick, professional and great value for the quality of work. The job had very difficult access issues, cleanup required carrying material a long distance down a steep hill. Some contractors would not even bit on the job due to access issues. Green Mountain had no problem. This was a old roof from the 1970's and had a number of patches and attempted fixes which were not of high quality. Green Mountain cleaned off all the old roofing, and noted that the original roof had a design flaw that caused bad drainage. They suggested an easy fix which added several new outlets for water. Their suggestions were a great idea and I had them do that also. They also patched and repainted the inside water damage areas. Their work was such that I no longer even notice that there was water damage which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them."

"Alfonzo, Adam, and Daniel were a dream to work with! Alfonzo ensured a seamlessly process with Adam working with the insurance company as the estimator, easing the pain of a roof replacement! Daniel and his crew did beautiful work and were careful and respectful of the property! They cleaned up everything and were kind enough to rid us of that clunky satellite dish!! Work was completed in a timely manner that did not impede normal traffic flow on the street. The thought of getting money back just shows how considerate they are for the customer. A great small business that is highly recommended for roofing and other jobs for the house!! A huge thanks to all involved!!"

"Kramer is professional, friendly and affordable. Thanks again for your services! Looking forward to sending you more business as we need it!"

"When I reached out, they called me back immediately and came out the next day to give me an estimate. Ricardo shared that I did not need a full roof repair and show me the areas that needed to be repaired. He gave me a fair quote and came back the next morning and completed the job quickly and professionally. Their promptness professionalism really stood out, and I would recommend them for anybody that needs a repair or a roof replacement"
