They explained the plan and then proceeded to implement. My couch looks like I had just bought it after they were finished. Not a crumb or dog hair to be seen. 😀 They then cleaned the carpet. It looks like new, I don't even want to walk on it. By the time they left, the upholstery was dry and the carpet was almost there. I am so pleased with the job they did and they were so courteous and helpful. "Great work, quality and care. Cleaned carpet in a living room, dining room, staircase and large landing. Cleaned tile and grout in the kitchen. Carpets look fantastic removed stains i did not think would come out, including pet stains and odor. Kitchen tile and grout was especially dirty and looks almost like new. They sealed the tile and grout afterwards to protect it longer term and help to keep it clean.
