"Excellent work! All carpets and stains were thoroughly cleaned and they look amazing! I would hire again!"

"A wonderful experience from the get go! Justin was totally accommodating when I called Luxe at random! He explained their process and pricing! It too k me a couple weeks to have time for the cleaning, but they totally were able to work on my schedule! Cleaning went well and actually added an additional rug while they were there for them to do also. Scott was very informative as to the entire process and I would definitely use them again! I actually had them go to my house and do cleaning after they finished my daughters house! A pleasure to work with this nice duo!"

"Grace Cleaning Services was able to work me in the very next day for an estimate--and if I wanted to have it done immediately I could--and I did! I knew exactly when he would arrive and was very impressed with the professionalism. He explained everything he was going to do, why he was doing it, and what he was using to do it! I appreciated all the attention to detail--and the great end results. These carpets hadn't been cleaned for a long time and I was very pleased with how good they look. I would definitely recommend Grace Cleaning Services to others!"

"The service was awesome. The tech made recommendations that we will follow to preserve the life of our carpets. We will certainly contract with Carpet Fresh in the future for our routine carpet and rug cleaning."

"I have not had my oriental carpets picked up to be cleaned as yet. The customer service provided by Kayla to explain the company’s services and costs and to answer specific questions as well as work with my difficult timetable was great. Not many companies provide specialized, professional offsite cleaning for these types of rugs. They also have specific pet solutions to treat stains on carpets as well and provide a guarantee that these issues will be solved. Off to a good start. Looking forward to getting my revitalized fresh and clean rugs."

"I hired them for cleaning carpet in my home and the best thing with them is they go through the home fully and give us an estimate upfront before they start the work. They finished their work with the expected time and gave us some additional reviews like life of carpet and how frequently we should have clean it to extend the carpet life. I would definitely hire them again and recommend to others"

"Today was my 2nd time hiring this company. The first time was for my carpet. IT WAS PERFECT! All the dog spots are gone. He did such a wonderful job, I asked him to clean my daughter's carpet. She had two stubborn spots that remained after having another company clean her carpet. Today when her 16 y/o daughter came home, she stood in the doorway admiring the clean "sparkling" carpet. The stain had been in the carpet for several months. Everyone is so pleased with the outcome. I have their phone number in my cell phone contact's."

"Called this morning and I had a beautiful clean carpet before noon . Very professional and respectful and would definitely hire them Again"

"I called Norman to clean some carpets in a rental townhouse that had been occupied for 3 years by tenants that had a dog. While the carpets were quite dirty, his team made them excellent again. Norman was polite on the phone, easy to work with, and responsive. After their initial visit, I noticed a couple of minor little stains, and he had no problem at all scheduling a return visit and making it right. There are so many carpet cleaners in town, the fact that these guys stand behind their work and do what's right is what will keep me calling them back for other rental properties!"
