"Communication was extremely difficult. It was hard to connect with the provider and they seemed to have their own problems communicating with each other. These communication issues resulting in the contractor aerating my lawn twice in one week, tearing up my lawn. The first time the work was done, I was pleased. I had a few stressed areas in the lawn that held up nicely. A couple days later, someone else from the company showed up to do the aeration. Thankfully, they realized it was done and left. They sent me an email letting me know of the mixup. A few days after that I received an email that my aeration had been rescheduled. I immediately responding to the email telling them the work had been done, but received no response. Just a few days later, another tech showed up and aerated the lawn again. Perhaps just because they were aerating on top of a recently aerated lawn, or perhaps the person was just more aggressive with the machine, but the stressed areas of my lawn now look like dirt patches. I was debating using these guys again in the spring, but have not intention of that now."

He listened to us and explained why some of these were good, and how some might not work well with alternatives. Took our ideas and, following a visit, presented plan drawing. Work was completed while we were away at a meeting. Can not comment on the work at that time. However, everything was completed and the entire area was clean and neat when returned. Also done just as asked. The price seemed quite reasonable for us. I especially appreciated his knowledge of what plants fair well in our area, rather than the standard zones 1-9, and alternative suggestions. We will be using these services again. <br />"
