"The Fresh coat team was great. First step was to view the property and get an estimate and during the estimate I added more items/ requests than I originally planned and the Fresh coat team didn’t flinch. I was able to customize my estimate as I needed too which is nice. They were also super accommodating, I like Benjamin Moore paint and that’s what they used. I added additional requests during the project as they were painting and they did it no questions asked. If I made a special request to have something redone or do it a specific way, they did it. I can not say enough about the team and how they went above and beyond. Every room in my house was painted and it looks like a brand new house (they even did my kitchen cabinets). I will use them in the future and the business owner/manager is excellent to work with."

"My crew from NSP was amazing. Professional, courteous, kind and on point to get the task done. Large 2 story colonial with addition and ovs garage. I believe it took total of 5 days because of early weather in October 22. No paint chips on ground, very conscious of my shrubs and gardens, you would not even know they were painting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this outstanding company and would not hesitate to have them paint my home again. The price was very fair, the warranty good but most of all they always stayed in touch to let me know what was going to happen etc. My team, Frank, Benjamin and Valerio were amazing. "This crew is a hard working dedicated group of men. They showed up on time, worked all day and did a fantastic job. I changed my mind on colors a couple of times during the process (before a huge surface was complete) and they immediately changed over to my new choice. I have all wood trim and a partial wood ceiling and beams, I had no idea that wood could be so unpredictable. They were patient with me, Yuri (owner) painted one section of trim with the color I chose, he recognized that the color I picked was probably too dark and stopped painting and asked my opinion. He was right, it was too dark and it was the color I had asked him to purchase. He then advised me about possible different colors that would provide the effect I was looking for. I picked a new color and it was exactly what I wanted. Later, after drying for a couple of days, I saw some flaws that surfaced (my dogs hair got stuck on one of the wood structures while the finish was drying). No questions asked, they came out the next day and fixed it at no extra cost. This company will give you an honest quote and finish the job way faster than anticipated. The only draw back is this: the first day they paint ALL the ceilings, so, if you can, get out of the house. Which for me, during this unusual C-19 time was impossible. But they were patient, understood when I removed plastic that they had to install to protect surfaces. They are super fast. I mean SUPER fast. Bottom line, having the whole interior of your home painted during C-19 is not ideal, but this company is. If you have further questions please do not hesitate to call me.
