He sent an email with the quote (and a two-page PDF of moving tips!) well ahead of time, confirmed the date and time via text and made sure we had each other's phone #s on the day of the move. On moving day (which was the 4th of July), they showed up right on time and moved everything quickly, efficiently and carefully. There was no damage to anything. I would absolutely recommend this company. Double thumbs up. We will definitely use them again. They turned what could have been a huge hassle into quite a pleasant experience. Thank you!!!"

"The job was done well, only one minor issue with a handle being broken on a bedroom drawer and a small chip in the bedroom headboard. Besides that they did a fine job. There was an issue however with the office at time of payment after delivery . I paid with my debit card which showed as being debited on my end, but the office said it did not go through so I had to pay again on my credit card which means I ended up with duplicate payments. The office said they will refund me as soon as they figure out what the issue is, but it has not been resolved yet; hopefully they take care of this soon, and I don?t have to take this any further."

"I used Movers USA at the beginning of this year to move my 10’ X 15’ storage unit from NE Balt. City to an apartment in Asheville, NC. Prior to my selecting this company, I checked out 6 or 7 other companies also listed on Angi, and along with Movers, seriously interviewed and went over to another company and met with them in person. I dealt with Movers’ owner Sharon Nahoom a number of times through email and in a couple of calls. In addition, I went over to his office located in the very large company storage facility in Jessup. I was impressed with this storeroom being well organized and its’ sheer size and the size and cleanliness of a truck he showed me. In addition, Sharon was friendly and overall fairly accommodating. Mr. Nahoom was the only one honest and clear with me, that as I personal had packed everything, and even though most boxes were clearly labeled, no insurance carrier would insure them as they had not been professionally packed. This honesty saved me at least $300 to $500 on needless insurance. In addition, Sharon was flexible with me on matching some terms that the other company I was serious dealing with offered—-no charge for an extra day of storing my items in the truck, extra steps to the apt, and on pick-up and delivery dates. He was also reasonable with his price—-being on the lower end of the scale from the 7-8 companies I had quotes from. The cheapest by far, was a company located in Washington state that used contracted movers—-but I didn’t want to take a chance with this The pick-up went smoothly, starting on time, and with the foreman—-Fernando, and four younger movers emptying my storage unit into their truck in a couple of hours. Two days later in Asheville, Fernando showed with a lady helper—-but no-one else. He managed to do the bulk of the moving himself up 30 steps—-as the apt was on the third floor. A number of times I had to assist him from his unloading the top couple of boxes—-as he would just carry them up on his back with a large canvas strap! If I had not helped some with some boxes would have fell to the floor. He stated he was in ‘a rush’ as he wanted to get back through the mountains down her before the forecasted storm early that afternoon. Things were rushed as fair as quick decisions by me which room specific boxes and items were put—-as we were dealing with the realities of one mover in a rush, with nice woman periodically bringing up a few more things up. Overall the move went smoothly, but I have concerns that just having one man with some extra help was “putting almost all the eggs in one basket”—-if he had gotten hurt, plus he had done all the 8 plus hour drive here, and was doing the same on the way back. Only thing broke was a worthless drinking glass that I had poorly packed. As I had about 280 boxes I wanted to open them all and see that there was no damaged items. I had taken some items to my sisters in Montgomery Co and then took down most this when I headed south a few days after the storage unit move, and given a number things to Goodwill —-so not sure about a couple of things I thought I still had. Overall I would have given this company somewhere around a “B+” grade but as there are no ‘pluses’ or ‘minuses’ that is why I gave Movers 4 stars rather than the 5."

"We were very impressed with Milos and his team from Red Carpet Moving. We could tell on the phone that they understood pianos and that they paid attention to details. This is why we hired them. And then it turned out they had all the other qualities you hope for in a moving team in spades - excellent communication, timely, willing to try solving problems that arose (and they always do when moving). His entire team was efficient and polite, and worked well together. The whole process was smooth and painless, which is almost never how a moving day goes. We would highly recommend them for pianos, but also for more general moves. They also moved other items for us, and it was all easy. "

"The discussion to process the move with them was extraordinary! He was on top of the listing, the move agreement and characteristic, and even getting COI within hours of our discussion, nothing but splendid! He was friendly and fluent, was such a contentment to work with. He went through the facts of the move and we made a conclusion to meet the next evening to complete the move. Well, there was a setback during the moving procedure that could have been prevented. First, I went an hour earlier of our scheduled time at 5PM on the day of the moving to get began on the removal of the stored boxes to clear the way to the fridge. I had thought we would be done by 6, or 6:30PM final and not having eaten lunch earlier, I belief I can survive until then."
