"I found out about this business through several local neighborhood chat groups. I have had nothing but the best rapport, support, design and install from Maureen and her team. They undertook a huge front and back yard project. We completed relandscaped the front of my 115 year old bungalow with a lush perennial garden (and added in some of my mature plants from elsewhere on the property). We carved out two huge new beds and they are chock full of plants I love. We did a complete gut of my hard scape in the rear yard, created a beautiful walkway and patio for my new pergola and a second for my dining table and relandscaped the entire backyard and expanded a huge sun loving perennial bed and added trees and some landscape lighting and a shade bed too. Simply stunning!"

"Hired Turfcare Enterprises in March 2025. Fert/pre emergent applied on day with 40 mph winds. They wouldn't reapply. Lawn full of Crabgrass. Tech used wrong weed killer, didn't let anyone now and didn't plan on coming back. Issue corrected by new tech. Lawn looked good. Final fert/weed killer in september applied. A few days later my lawn was full of Quackgrass and other weed grasses. I had planned on aerating and seeding in the fall. I was told I can't do that because the quackgrass would spread and that there was nothing they could do. Lawn ruined. Ash, manager, said they would aerate/seed in spring at no charge to me. Great!I confirmed 3 times with him that there would be no charge. Finally 2 months later I got his "spring plan" changing me from the Silver Plan to the most expensive plan. I paid $400/Silver plan in 2025. His email with his "spring Plan" for 2026 was $700!!! which included the Aeration/seeding and liquid aeration which we never spoke about. Cancelled my service "

"1. DID NOT COMMUNICATE A SCHEDULE 3 WEEKS AFTER QUOTE APPROVAL. HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY PLANNED TO DO THE WORK. 2. NO SHOW ON DAY OF WORK. NO CALL ON THE DAY OF WORK. I HAD TO CALL A FEW DAYS AFTERWARD TO FIND OUT THAT THEY COULDN'T MAKE IT. I didn't negotiate Ringers down. I accepted the quote in good faith on their first proposal. The person who came out and provided the quote was courteous and professional. I was pretty excited about clearing the land of debris and overgrowth. I had to call to find out when they were going to arrive 3 weeks after quote approval. They advised me that they would conduct the clearing and grubbing work in my yard on Veteran's Day. I'm a Veteran (disabled). They never showed or called to inform me of any re-schedule. I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. Refund received."
