"I contacted Upper Echelon and received a return phone call in the same business day.  Travis was very professional and answered every question I had, throughly.  I schedule an appointment to receive my free estimate for the following day.  Travis was on time and was, again, very professional.  After walking through my home and taking some measurements, he stated he would get an estimate together and get back to me the next day.  Travis contacted me the following day, just as he said he would and provided me with his estimate.  He explained that 20% would be due upon accepting the estimate, with the remaining 80% due upon completion of the job.  He then explained that completion would take approximately 2 weeks, being him and his brother do the work by themselves to ensuring a lower labor cost.  I agreed to Travis' estimate and provided him the 20% deposit.  Travis arrived the following week at 8a the day we decided and got right to work.  Neither him nor his brother stopped working (outside of a 30 minutes lunch break) until 6p.  They were very friendly and professional men, easy to interact with and knowledgable.  After 12 days of 8a to 5p/6p work, they finished the requested job two days ahead of schedule.  I love the work that Upper Echelon did on my home.  The job is nothing short of perfect.  All of the walls are cut in exactly, there was no paint on my carpet (which I was pleasantly surprised about) and the colors are perfect.  Travis gave me a suggestion to paint the trim a bright white to make the walls pop more.  I was a little leery but am ecstatic as to how it looks now.  Though the work took longer than would a large company, the work is much higher quality and exactly what I wanted.  I have also booked an appointment in the Spring for them to come back and complete the exterior of my home.  I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a personalized experience from a quality business. <br />"
