A week later, tunnel arose and active termites observed. I called back and they said they could not come back out for two weeks. In my mind, this was unacceptable. After getting in touch with the manager, Scott, they came in a day and drilled in the expansion joints; not the perimeter or foundation, where it was thought the termites were coming from. I am to have a 5 year warranty. it took persistence to get them back out after paying this $ up front. After service for the second time, Scott followed up to make sure I was happy and the techician wanted to make things good."
