We had a lake in the center of the lawn and they repaired and fixed it and our daughter said that the lawn was excellent. They were the best with price. "We have been doing business with Fred for over a year. He was coming every 4 weeks for landscape maintenance. In the beginning service and attention to detail were great. Then this last summer of 2012, he didn't show up. No call, nothing. I called him and he apologized and said he was backed up. That's fine, but it would have been nice to have a call. This has happened twice since then. My last service was scheduled for 9/18/12. Today is 9/25/12 and I have heard nothing from Fred or his crew. I am sad to have to leave this review because Fred is a really nice person, but unfortunately we are back to Angie's List to find a new landscape maintenance company. <br /> <br />"

"Ascary Armenta is the person to call if you are having a pest problem. He is very thorough in his inspection and explains everything you need to know about getting rid of pests (roof rats). He had helped us a couple of years ago, and took care of the problem then. We called this time because we had seen a dead rat. Fortunately, he let us know we had no incidence or problem with roof rats. We are very pleased with his timely and efficient service. I highly recommend Ascary if you are having any pest problem."

"They did a barrier treatment in the soil around a detached garage conversion. It was my understanding this was only warranted. They were aware of active termite at the entrance. A week later, tunnel arose and active termites observed. I called back and they said they could not come back out for two weeks. In my mind, this was unacceptable. After getting in touch with the manager, Scott, they came in a day and drilled in the expansion joints; not the perimeter or foundation, where it was thought the termites were coming from. I am to have a 5 year warranty. it took persistence to get them back out after paying this $ up front. After service for the second time, Scott followed up to make sure I was happy and the techician wanted to make things good."
