"From beginning to end, they are completely professional. I have no reservation giving them 5 stars across the board even though our experience wasn't the smoothest. Keith and Meran came by for the estimate and evaluation. Very professional, very knowledgeable and did not pressure sell us. Very fair and reasonable quote for attic insulation. We scheduled our installation and the install team came at 6:30p with a 1p-5p install window. Because of the late time and the amount of work, it wasn't finish that night. We were disappointed and a little frustrated, but then the company shined. They came back on a Sunday to finish the install (they don't do installs on Sundays), gave us a discount due to the issues with the original install. Jimmy and Philip were the install team and they were very professional and you can tell they take pride in their work. I 100% recommend them and will be using them again when we can budget in a job to insulate our basement."
