We called the next week, left a message, and he called back and named a day when he would come... if the parts were in. (I have since had it repaired by another company. They were back with the part in 2 days.) Then began the practice of calling and leaving increasingly frustrated messages every day or two. No more calls, no visit. Nothing. I called a different company and the whole thing was over in 3 days. I have paid twice to have my frig fixed, but Uncle Eric didn't do it."

The Kimbro Family has been established in the Nashville metro area since 1944, starting with Kimbro Electric with MP Kimbro at the helm. In 1972, his son, Bobby Kimbro, started his own business, Kimbro Air after working many years in the family business. As Kimbro Air grew, Bobby passed his business ethic onto his son, Derek Kimbro. Derek built his knowledge in the heating and air conditioning industry enough to open his own company in 1996, Kimbro Services. After 8 years of running his own business, Derek bought out his father and Kimbro Air. Today, Kimbro Air continues to grow in the Hendersonville, Gallatin and metro Nashville area. The business today currently holds 17 employees, with several of them holding over 10 years tenure.
