"Joe was one of five painters I interviewed for my exterior paint job on my personal residence, a Spanish revival of a home originally built in Rancho Palos Verdes in 1927. Joe was the most knowledgeable about the right paint systems to apply to the exterior of my home and was a a real craftsman that had passion for the project as well. He helped me select the right color scheme and the right paints and finishes for the home. This included a lot of detailed work around the eves, windows and even included a faux finish on the front door to match the existing garage. It dramatically transformed the look and feel of the home. It looks amazing. Joe completed the job on time, on budget and was extremely good to work with. His team included 2-3 guys every day and he was on site to make sure I was happy. His team was great to work with and took care of every detail I could imagine. VERY IMPRESSED and would absolutely recommend and will use again."

Rick Jamison Painting was by far the most responsive to my scope of work. Rick Jamison himself came out twice personally to discuss the details of my project during the bidding process. Jordan was the project manager and estimator and kept me informed throughout the process. Mario was the lead painter and showed great attention to detail and was clearly experienced at his craft. They even fixed my wooden gate as part of the project. They were not the least expensive bidder but I chose them because I felt they knew their stuff, paid attention to the details, and would do a high quality job (which they did)."

All interactions went very smooth - from defining and quoting the project, down to timely execution of the 2 day project. As well, they went over and above the contact to paint other small areas that were not included in the original quote. They wanted everything to match. Their team worked very efficiency to get the project done on time. We have more painting projects in the schedule. Perez Painting will be the only call I will make. "I needed exterior painting done at my house. I received a quote from 5 different companies. The others told me what they wouldn't do and then their high price. Berger's was the most reasonable. Steve was very patient and informative. He walked me through what the paint project entailed. There was stucco work that needed to be done prior to painting which they took care of fabulously. On a daily basis his guys came out every morning on time, cleaned up before leaving, and were very helpful in answering my questions as well as they were progressing through the project. They even did a few extra things that I had not asked them for in regards to painting. The project took one week to complete. Two days later I noticed there were a few spots that needed touch-up. The guys came back out right away to retouch. I am very pleased with the work they did. I would definitely hire them again and would definitely recommend them to others."

He came out right away. Gave me a fair estimate and told me exactly how we could get the work done with my limited budget. Then his team started and completed the job twice as fast as any of the other estimates while at the same time being totally detailed oriented and careful not to get paint on my fancy furniture or hardwood floors. Whenever we/they were confused about the paint or process and John was offsite, we called him and he dealt with it immediately. After it was done, I complained that the paint was too thin because I hung a painting and some paint came off the wall. He told me it was because it needed more time to dry because the weather was damp. Well he was right! Fast-forward two years later and I could not be more happier with the painting of my house and now I need to call him to paint my guest house!"
