"I can't say enough good things about this company. We're so grateful that they agreed to fix a botched install from another company. Even though it isn't something that they'd normally do, they recognized that they could take a grass that is not their proprietary product, however using their proprietary expertise, and make chicken salad out of chicken s#*t! After reaching out to FL after a terrible grass install as indicated above, the owner Jim reached back to me the next day and said he'd have their project manager stop by to have a look. Within a day or two he came by, walked around with me and had a look, then did another walk around on his own taking notes, and within a day or two of that I had a comprehensive plan to make it right in the form of a detailed estimate. As I said, the finished product was fantastic, however just as good as the work was, the people are even better. From the initial call to their customer reception, owner, project manager, and to the crew, everyone was professional, attentive, and truly cared about what they were doing every step of the way. I asked him to provide an estimate w scope of work, but he never provided this. When i followed up w him, he said they were busy & needed a few more days to provide estimate. They never provided an estimate, given the lack of interest I decided not to follow up a 2nd time. Not sure what the issues were, but given my experience I would not recommend them for landscaping services. Bottom line, I was disappointed in lack of interest & no follow up. Ernie Kulik"

Landscape Professionals has been in business since 1981. We do not sub contract any of our projects out to other contractors but we do work for other contractors on occasion as sub contractors to those specific companies. Landscape Professionals has had displays at every Home & Garden Show at both the IX center as well as the Great Lakes Exposition Center when that facility was in business for the past 6 years. Currently we are a smaller company having less then 5 employees and have no intentions of increasing our size that might effect the exceptional customer service we have been able to maintain throughout our existence as a company. Besides cash or check, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Our normal procedure for contracts involving installations is 50% down within 10 days of schedule start of per contract and the balance is payable upon completion of work.
