I ordered a pallet of sod, and they used gas powered skimmer to remove the grass down to the sand, then laid a layer of rich dark topsoil, and then installed some of the highest quality sod I have ever seen. They said it was cut that morning. This is a review from a happy paying customer trying to share with my neighbors a great contractor you can rely on that has a high-quality product. Hard to find. "We called Lou to come and meet us at the home we are purchasing to help us determine how we could work with removing a load bearing wall in the kitchen. We called to make an appointment four days out, then called him back the next day to confirm the appointment which was a few days out. We then texted him again the night before to confirm the time, at which point he told us he’d lost our information. But we were able to confirm and had our realtor schedule to meet us at the home so we could have the meeting. On the day of the meeting, 15 minutes after the appointment time, we called to see where he was. The phone rang a few times, but we were put to voicemail. At that time, I called using my number, Lou picked up and then said he was busy and he forgot about our appointment. He said he could get there in 40 minutes, but with two small kids in tow, a husband that took off from work and a realtor sitting there, that was not an option. I am floored at the unprofessional and just lack of consideration of our time and mismanagement of his business. And to think he was going to charge us $300 for today with another $1,500 - $2,000 for the plans. Praise God we didn’t enter into this business relationship. Would not recommend."

They did a great job and the quality of their work is superior. They are very easy to work with and their prices are very reasonable. They keep you informed and meet their dead lines. "I got a call minutes after I went on Angi’s from Complete Pro and within 24 hrs they was at my home in “Umatilla “ they found problem and repaired it same trip . With reasonable rate ! Left the bathroom ready for the tile !"

"It started well. Draining of the Septic Tank and educating me at the same time. Before service started, I asked to restate the service fee. Verbally, he restated the fee as quoted. After the work was mostly completed, the cost was again mentioned as initially stated. I went into the house to write a check as quoted. When I came back outside to pay the contracted amount, it had doubled. The cover was not installed. The contractor refused to cover it, stating that the cost would increase if he did so. I gave the contractor the original amount agreed upon. Unfortunately, I needed to buy additional materials and fabricate the covering to finish the job contracted by that company. I am not happy."
