Only did 12 trees in two days and short day light hours may have been part of issue, but crew took 2 hours lunch break first day. (My brother was here to witness it. ) Crew was not of fluent English speaking nationality which I didn’t have a problem with as the leader was mostly able to communicate back & forth with me. I told crew leader that I was satisfied with the work they did, as they only limbed up 2 others that should have been minimally topped out. The boom truck was already there and they wanted to start packing up before darkness set in.. Spyder Tree care service did a Superior job cleaning up !!! There was no contract paperwork to have a discussion over, however leader did say he would email one to us after he had his check in his hand. There was no heated discussion. Friendly separation and he did say if I ever need him back at a later time , he would take down one more for free. "
