"Extremely personable and both flexible and accommodating to late requests. Did an excellent job cleaning the carpets."

"I have used Certified to clean my Persian rugs for several years, and so I decided to try their cleaning service on my 35 year old Henredon sofas. I was amazed at the outcome! They looked almost new. The colors were bright and had the overall appearance of new fabric! I would recommend this company to all my friends!"

"They did an excellent job with cleaning my carpet! I had pet stains in a lot of rooms and they got them all out. The carpet looked brand new when he finished cleaning it. Also, they cleaned an upholstered wing back chair that had pet stains on it. It came clean and looked brand new, also! The cleaner was extremely professional and friendly! He took extreme care with handling his equipment and hoses around my furniture , walls, and staircase. He was courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!"

"The entire process was perfect. Got the first available appointment on a SUNDAY! Got called by the technician with his expected arrival time and he was early. Two courteous young professionals completed a 5000 sq foot whole house carpet cleaning with amazing results. Old carpets were refreshed and the entire home had that awesome citrus aroma. I'll be a customer forever!!!"

"Will definitely hire again and recommend to anyone looking to have carpets clean .... believe it or not I honestly have no negative feedback he was on time, pleasant, quick , carpets looked new and the estimate matched the actual price which was inexpensive for this type of service."

"Today was my 2nd time hiring this company. The first time was for my carpet. IT WAS PERFECT! All the dog spots are gone. He did such a wonderful job, I asked him to clean my daughter's carpet. She had two stubborn spots that remained after having another company clean her carpet. Today when her 16 y/o daughter came home, she stood in the doorway admiring the clean "sparkling" carpet. The stain had been in the carpet for several months. Everyone is so pleased with the outcome. I have their phone number in my cell phone contact's."

"I have known Marco along time. I wouldn’t use anyone else to clean my carpet or upholstery."
