"I had removed the carpet from my stairs so I could stain and refinish them. Then building contractors had got a lot of paint on the steps. I needed to remove the paint before I could stain and finish them. In the process of removing the paint and staining and finishing them, I got stain on the sides and some paint came off when I removed the tape. I tried painting the sides myself but was getting paint on the steps. I decided to get a professional and went with Eagles Painting. Flavio came when he said he would and did an excellent job. He was professional and very polite. I would definitely use him in the future for all my painting needs."

"I found Alcantara Painting through Instagram, I followed their work for a while and both my husband and I decided to give them a chance to paint our concrete porch floor and painting our front door. Frank was very professional and punctual the day he came to give me our estimate. While Frank was there giving us our estimate I asked him to also quote me on painting our living room high ceiling walls, which needed SO MUCH work (we have 2 boys so you can imagine), and installing shutters. The interior paint job was supposed to be a project for the near future, but we could not pass the AMAZING deal that Frank gave us, so we decided to go through with everything. The day Frank and his brother David and their crew arrived I was only expecting them to start on the exterior paint job but they actually prepped for the interior also. The entire job was completed in 3 days including them having to come back for the third day because one set of shutters did not arrive on time. "Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."
