I asked him for an invoice for the 6 hours and I wrote a check for the 6 hours for him to receive the next work day. He hasn't returned yet. I don't know how to contact anyone to follow up... "Brent came out with his crew and fixed our sprinklers in the front and backyard. He replaced 3 sprinklers and adjusted others so the water would not hit the fence or house. He repaired drip systems in the front yard and adjusted the timing on the automatic sprinkler system so all zones would run for adequate time. Brent communicates very well and is transparent in his pricing. My family now uses him for all their sprinkler jobs due to his great attitude and fair pricing. "Terry was the absolute worst contractor I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Personally having extensive construction background, I had initially hired Terry because he seemed to be knowledgeable in the proposed work and was very fast in responding to all my inquiries when compared to other potential contractors (most never ever responded to me). My job consisted of over 3500 sqft of concrete work both in both the front and backyard, a 40 ft retaining wall, 2000 sqft of artificial grass and landscape rocks in the front.  Needless to say, the honeymoon was over after the second week of the job (it was a two month project). Throughout the project, Terry would get mad at me when I would question procedures that were done for my project. I would always create my sentences as questions whereas he took them as "orders". He would respond back aggressively "Why are you telling me how to do my job?" Huh? I'm paying you lots of money to have this done to my satisfaction. All my questions had some merit. It was getting bad with his attitude that he would start asking me "Why are you always home?" Hello! It's COVID and Iwork from home now.  The straw that finally broke the camel's back was when I questioned the obvious awful seam work on the artificial grass installation he was performing (he was using a *scissor* to cut the seams LOL) where there were ½” inch gaps and overlaps along the entire seam where two of the turfs connected. He  got so mad at me for asking if he was going the leave the seams that way and he responded by physically threatening me as well as putting a lien on my house and coming back to tear down everything he had done. Itgot to the point where we had to call the police to personally escort Terry(and his equipment) off my property. We are currently pursuing legal actions against him. I usually write reviews for work well done, but in this case this was the absolute other extreme. I just want to make sure that "future" customers do not experience the same bad experience as what I've gone through.  Terry may sound like a nice guy when interacting with him in the beginning (after all he is trying tow in your business), but the Mr. Hyde side will show up if you start asking questions. Don’t believe anything this wolf in sheep’s clothing says (or what he posts on his website or social media accounts)…..  I predict more negative reviews will follow……"

"UPDATE - 04/28/2023: THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE!! DON'T LEARN THIS THE HARD WAY LIKE ME. IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY THE OWNER WILL DENY LIABILITY WITHOUT PERFORMING ANY INVESTIGATION AND YOU WILL BE FORCED TO SEEK RESOLUTION THROUGH THE COURTS ONLY!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE YOU NOW HAVE TO FIGHT FOR!! POSTED - 04/19/2023: I am absolutely shocked and appalled by the conduct of this company, its owner, manager Monique and their plumber Jorge and would highly advise others to not contract with them at all. I have a large double sink vanity in the bathroom where the work was being done. My husband assisted their representative with lifting the vanity and moving it away from the wall for the work to be performed. He then said to please let him know when the work was done so he could assist getting the vanity back to the wall. Instead, Jorge pushed the vanity back up against the wall himself. In doing so, large gauges and scratches were left on my brand new flooring. This flooring is just over a month old so there is no way it was wear and tear. This damage was not present prior to the work being performed and was present after he left our property. I immediately reported it and provided pictures. Once contacted by the Manager, 3 days later, I was told that my pictures "do not match up" with my story, that Jorge states he lifted the vanity up (which weighs over 600 lbs with a very heavy granite topper) and apparently that I was no where around to bare witness to anything even though I was in the same room and heard him push the vanity back. They are refusing to come on site and assess the damage and have flat out said they will not be doing anything to rectify nor take any responsibility. Their manager seemed argumentative in nature and came into the conversation prepared to blow me off. They simply do not care about their customers and seem to only be interested in deflecting responsibility for damage their own employees did to our home. I feel it is abundantly clear from my photos that these gauges line up with the trajectory of the feet on the vanity being pushed up against the wall, but their manager Monique stated my images do not coincide with my story which is utterly ridiculous as anyone with eyes can attest to. ETA: I have now submitted two written request to provide me with my receipt and work summary, something that I was told at the time of service would be emailed to me, and I have requested their insurance information. Since they are flat out denying liability, and the owner refuses to make contact with me, and their manager won't reply to my emails for 3 days, they are legally obligated to provide me with their insurance information so I may submit my own claim and allow their insurance adjusters to determine liability. Perhaps they are illegally performing work in the state of CA without insurance . They are not interested in resolving this civilly between client and company, and are now just ghosting me and their obligations to furnish legally required documents, seems this company may be accustomed to these types of shady business practices. ETA: the owner, Bryan, called and spoke with me this morning. He is further denying any liability doubling down that my images don't match up with my story. He stated his insurance information was listed on the CSLB website and, on his own recorded line, ended the conversation by saying "I'll see you in court"."
