When Mr. Eduardo came to my home to give me an estimate for installing a new roof, he explained everything to me & showed me the shingles I could choose. He & his team started working early Monday morning 8/10/26 & was finished between 5:45 to 6:00 pm. They did excellent work, my roof looks very good & they cleaned up the area. "Mr. Dey and his team came in and performed exactly as stated. There was a delay of materials, but Mr. Dey ensured us that everything would be done on time, and efficiently. Per request, everything was completed to standard. Not only that, they did fairly well at maintaining my landscape during their work. Unlike some of the other roofing services I seen working the neighborhood, they relocated breakable items in my front yard, had the dumpster positioned prior to starting the project, and swept the yard a couple of times with me to look for debris and loose nails. They completed enough checkboxes for me to be a repeat customer of their services."

"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"After huge storm came through the area about a month ago, the next day I noticed a water stain on my kitchen's ceiling. I reached out to another roofing company and it took them two weeks to respond. I missed the call and attempted to call them back. Once again, they did not pick up or return my phone call. I decided to move on and I asked for recommendations on my Next Door app. Multiple people suggested Brighter Side Roofing. I called and not only did the receptionist pick up the phone, but she was able to schedule someone to come out a few days later. Antonio came out and assessed my roof. He found that roof was not damaged, but was able to find the source of the water damage. There is a pipe that is attached to the roof and it came loose, allowing water to tickle down and drip onto the ceiling of my kitchen. He did not hesitate to volunteer himself to fix it and he did not charge me for it. I would recommend this company a thousand times over. Their attentiveness and customer service is nothing short of the Chick-fil-A standard."
