"They arrived when scheduled and the appointment seemed to go well. After our appointment I was expecting to get plans and pricing. After 3 weeks I gave them a call, left a message that I had not received anything yet but was really interested. After another 3 or 4 weeks- still nothing. Not even a call or email say " got your message, I am working on something". Yesterday I called the company and explained that I had not been contacted since our initial visit and that I wanted to cancel the landscape plan as well as the lawn fertilizer and weed control applications that we had discussed. They simply said ok...and did not even attempt to provide any customer service. <br /> <br /> <br />Update- the owner of the company read the above review and contacted me. He was very apologetic. He asked if he could come out, meet with me and quote the work. I met with him today, he was very prompt and professional. I don't think my initial experience was a true indication of the service and professionalism normally exhibited by this provider. And for this reason I have updated my original review."

"I called Luxury Lawn and Landscaping and Cameron was immediately responsive. He came to my home, listened to me while we looked over my areas of need and he had detailed solutions. I had a very bad experience with a previous landscaping company. Cameron put all of that behind me. Luxury Lawn was above and beyond in their service. I am genuinely pleased with all the work and eagerly look forward to the spring projects. Everything planned was done in a timely manner. I received prompt, clear and detailed communication. Also, my cat was quite relaxed around Cameron. She loves what he's done with the place."

"Rich is amazing. In one visit, he conquered our weed problem, made suggestions and has returned to do more lawn work for us. He is knowledgeable, and very friendly. Rich gave us some very good suggestions about landscaping, tree trimming and we will have him help us with those suggestions. His pricing is very reasonable. We can not say enough good things about Rich and his lawn service. He is a busy guy, so it may take a short while for him to get back with you, but the wait is worth it. We would give him a grade of A+ if it were a choice."

"I had scheduled a blow out with SSI sprinklers, who I had used for several years, but the day they were to do the blow out I did not see or hear from them. I gave them explicit instruction to call me 20 minutes before they arrived so I could leave work and meet them. I never received a call. <br /> <br /> Frustrated with SSI, as they have done this to me before, I decided it was time to change. I check Angie's list for a company with a high rating and Reddi was at the top. <br /> I called and the woman I talked to was very nice and understood I could not take off work to meet them and would need to schedule after 4:30. <br /> I received a call the night before reminding me they would be out the next day, then the next day I received a call 30 minutes before he was to arrive. <br /> I am very happy with them and will be using them from this point forward."

"The cost of service is about $40, $45 each depending on what they put on. The service is just fine. They do a good job. We have the prettiest green in the area. We never see them. We just see a sign in the yard. I think he is a fireman and I think he does this on the side. Their price is about like everybody else. Their quality is fine; we got pretty grass. Their responsiveness is good. If we do need the grass mowed because we cannot do it or something, they come and do that whenever we ask. We do not tell them when to come and their professionalism is fine."
