It's wonderful to work with someone who takes pride in his work and ensures you are comfortable every step of the way. Robert patched the bathroom subfloor and spackled many rooms in the house that showed cracking due to settling or water damage (around windows). In addition, he replaced a toilet, hung a heavy mirror, and replaced bathroom lights. All of this was done with care. I work from home and my kids often school from home and he made sure to avoid noise during meetings, etc. He was also generous with his expertise, open to discussing ideas, but never pushed to take on more than was requested. I'm happy to share such a good experience."

"I had a great experience with Patch Boys years ago, so I hired them again?but this time was completely different. The contractor was late to every appointment, blocked the alley, and attempted to dispose of demolition debris improperly. The wall demolition was incomplete, and when rebuilt, the wall immediately cracked and separated, making it unusable. Patch Boys repeatedly sent the same contractor back, who could not explain how the issue would be fixed and ultimately told me to hire someone else and ask for a refund. The company also charged the final payment before the job was complete and delayed issuing a refund. I ultimately had to pay an additional $1,000 beyond the normal cost to have their faulty work removed before the wall could be rebuilt properly, and I lost weeks of income due to the delays. After nearly a month of poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and unresolved issues, I cannot recommend Patch Boys and would never use them again."

"He was a really nice guy and did all that he could but the door still didnt quite close properly and I had to do the door handle boring myself, and took him 4 hours instead of the estimated 1.5 so it was a bit frustrating. But overall did what he could and gave me the estimated price"
