The work was completed as scheduled and I was very pleased with the work done. CJ's Home Maintenance also repaired exterior steps by leveling and shoring them up to make them safe and usable. They painted the exterior front house door and windowed side panels, which looks great and adds curb appeal! There were no additional costs and I paid the quoted price. I will call CJ's Home Maintenance again and highly recommend them for your home maintenance projects if you need any home maintenance project completed by reliable workers, within a prompt time frame and at an honest price."

"I needed a quick turnaround wallpaper removal/new paint job for my mom?s room as I was in town for a short time. Five Star Painting got it done? a two-day, amazing transformation of her room! The FSP team moved the furniture away from the walls, taped all down airtight, and removed the old wallpaper and chair rail. They cleaned the *entire* work area so my mom was able to sleep in her own bed that night. Second day, they sanded down the dings, cracks, and imperfections in the walls, and had them freshly painted? in addition to the ceiling and closet ?by the end of the day! It looks like brand new drywall! They cleaned every speck of dust from their work area! The FSP team was always on time, worked fast, but also efficiently and professionally. I will definitely call FSP when my parents are ready to tackle the rest of the wallpaper in their other rooms. I highly recommend FSP for wallpaper removal and paint jobs. "I contracted this company in August. They arrived to do the job in mid-November just as the season was changing. Rain and cold weather spread the job over two weeks. The trim paint was the wrong color. The crew offered to go back and exchange it, but I was too concerned with getting the job done. At the end of the job the crew left no paint with me for future touch-ups. The crew was fine and did an adequate job. The big problem was Rodger, the owner. I called him several times to share my concern about getting the painting done. Despite his voice mail message promising a call back, he never called to hear my concerns or reassure me that the job would be done or what options might exist if it wasn't. I ask him to stop out and check on the projects process. After my third or forth message, he called me back raging. His first words to me where Are you F***ing crazy? He gave me no chance to discuss the project. He screamed over the phone for a minute or so, then hung up. I've never spoken with him again. He gladly cashed my check. The price seemed very fair in August. The stress, apparent apathy and rudeness changed my mind in November. Never again."
