"When the roof of my home showed signs of wind and hail damage, I asked a friend which company she had used to replace her roof a few years earlier. She said her insurance company had recommended JZ Roofing and that she was happy with the work they had done. I called JZ and spoke with the owner, Jose Rodriguez, and arranged for a free roof inspection. Jose found sufficient hail damage to warrant an insurance claim and walked me through the entire process. Even though the insurance adjuster made an appointment to check the roof on a Sunday, Jose made himself available to be here with the adjuster to go over his findings. I am the first to admit that I am a very indecisive person, so choosing a color for the shingles was pretty difficult for me. Jose went out of his way to help me make the right decision. First, he brought over samples for me to look at, then he gave me nearby addresses of houses he had done, using the colors I was considering, so I could see what they looked like on actual homes. When I finally made a choice and the shingles were delivered, Jose even came out to place a few shingles on my roof so I would feel sure of my decision. I couldn't believe how patient he was. The roof had 2 layers of shingles from previous jobs. Jose's team removed the old shingles and had the new roof in place in a day and a half. The best part was, JZ does more than just roofing jobs, so they were able to paint my porch railings and garage door as well as repair/replace my wooden fence without my having to find another contractor. JZ completed everything in a timely manner and I am very happy with the results. Jose was great to work with and made the whole process very easy for me. I would definitely recommend this company."

We approved the job and he came back with a crew that spent two full days at our place working to address our needs. He was accompanied by a representative from Safety & Environmental Investigations Inc and he was very helpful with addressing our situation and our needs. He recommended a humidifier and assisted us in getting that ordered. They also recommended wall mounted ventilation fans be installed to allow for greater air exchange and helping to eliminate humidity problems. Mr. Burks was good to call and check on how things were going as the job was in progress. He returned as he said he would and approved the job before submitting a bill for final payment. We would highly recommend this company for any mold or crawl space needs."

"First of all, we wanted something totally out of the ordinary.  After contacting several solar companies and receiving curious looks, Mark came by and not only did he state that he could build it, but was excited to engineer and build it for us.  We did not want solar panels on our roof and we desperately needed a shade structure.  My husband had found a picture of such a structure, using only two posts (I did not want four poles).  Mark had a company build the posts, then his men removed my pavers, dug huge holes, craned (Yes they had a crane put them in the holes), and filled them in with concrete.  Trust me these are never going anywhere.  After the concrete set up, John and his team returned, they replaced everything and repainted the entire structure, they didn't just touch it up.  I need to add that they were so thoughtful and cleaned up everyday prior to leaving, very unusual for a construction team.  It looks absolutely beautiful.  I'm at a loss for words, it was everything I thought it could be and then some.
