"After climbing on the roof during numerous rain storms to apply Henry's tar I knew it was time for a new roof. I contacted 6 different roofing companies for estimates. It was really surprising to see the differences in the bids and the professionalism of the men who came out to see the roof and to measure. I picked Jon and Above It All Roofing. Jon's a vet, very straight forward and provided a detailed bid and good follow up. A new roof is a big messy job but Above It All managed it well. Jon, was not just a sales guy, he was on site every day, cleaning up, getting material up on the roof and helping his crew. It was really comforting to know the person who bid the job was there everyday keeping it moving. We were very happy with the process and the final job. We went with Boral Cedarlite tile and the roof looks great and passed the 1st heavy rain test too. The city inspector was also impressed..he said it was an A+ job. If you need roof, be sure to call Jon at Above It All Roofing."

"Sean and the crew at Essential Builders delivered top-notch roof replacement services, completing the project efficiently and with the utmost care. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable, making them the go-to choice for any roofing needs."

"I can't recommend Reign Roofing enough! They completed our steep roof project in just one week, and the quality of work is excellent. After receiving quotes from 10 other roofers, Reign Roofing stood out for its professionalism, reasonable pricing, and transparency. Our insurance (USAA) was difficult, offering only half of the replacement cost, but Reign Roofing worked with them to submit a detailed estimate and get our roof fully covered. We’re grateful for their hard work and help navigating the insurance process. Thank you, Reign Roofing!"

"Amir is incredibly communicative, responsive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. He has extensive experience in all aspects of home renovation and remodeling, from pools, kitchens, and bathrooms to flooring and roofing. He understood the urgency of our situation and had his team at our home within 24 hours. He immediately knew what needed to be done and gave us confidence that everything would be handled properly. Amir is truly a pleasure to work with. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him and will absolutely work with him for any future renovation, remodeling, or home improvement needs. I highly recommend him and his team."

"He spent quite a bit of time on our roof and took/sent us lots of pictures. He provided a verbal quote for the proposed needed repairs and was informative with us."

"Had the team from Chandler out after we discovered a water leak during the big series of storms in November. They were able to have Brady come out and take a look in a week, which was great given that I'm sure they were flooded with calls. Brady put together a plan of action to fix the leak, and when it came time for the work to start, they quickly realized that the under layment on our clay tile roof was not consistent throughout the roof as anticipated. Brady immediately called me to keep me in the loop as well as provide his recommendations on the best course of action. The communication and honesty was up front throughout which is certainly something we appreciated. The partial re-roof that we opted for was completed within a week - a far cry from the 5+ weeks that our neighbors experienced with some other company. Brady took the time to explain the materials that were used in the process, as well as they type of under layment options and warranty. After another four days of rain in February, everything looks good and we are dry! Overall very satisfied with their job. While I'm sure there are slightly cheaper roofing contractors out there, I think the overall balancing of price vs quality certainly favors Chandler."

"I have always highly recommended Ocean Seven Builders. We have used them many times. They have done our garage roof, the main roof on our house, they have put in new roof for my town home, and all looks beautiful. The team is very prompt response. The crew is very friendly and professional. I will use them again for future needs."

"The first guy came over and took pictures on an ipad and gave an estimate. I have tile on the first portion of the roof and then the rest is a graded flat roof. He entered the roof from the front meaning he walked on the tiles. After the repairs we completed, we had another big storm and the roof leaked where the tiles were. I later learned you are not supposed to walk on tile. I think he may have disturbed something causing the new leak. He was professional and explained all of the costs, showed me photos. The actual repair person came while I was at work and did the repairs. He sent pictures of all of the completed work. The leak that I called for repair was repaired and never leaked again. He cleaned up the roof as well. I was happy with this. I tried contacting them again but never received a reply. Overall, they got the job done but I believe more care should be taken on a tile roof. I think they should be more responsive to emails because I would have used them again. They were responsive to the initial scheduling and consultation but after that, I could not get a reply."
