I had no problems or complaints with the company until I ended my service and the lack of flexibility in the company gave them a big minus in the customer service department.  <br /> As I was moving out of my home, I called to cancel my garbage pick-up. Because I was moving the first week of their new quarter, they would not prorate their collection service. I only needed 1 more week of garbage/recycling removal and did expect to perhaps have to pay for a full month of service. I was told that I would either have to cancel the service immediately and they would pick up the cans and no further charges would be levied or I would have to pay either the full quarter for $86, or pay a $40 garbage can pick up fee plus $17 a yard for the garbage. Since each can holds about 2 yards, it would have cost the same as paying for a full quarter anyway. <br /> Needless to say I cancelled the service immediately, but it created a stressful inconvenience that I did not need while moving, so be forewarned, don?t move at the end of their quarter. <br />"
