It's a great company and we are pleased with them. They maintain a calendar in their computer system and they call us every month to fix the appointment. They care about the customers. They came out at the expected time, and the estimate was the same as what they gave on the phone. $60 for service, they come every 2 weeks as scheduled. If they miss a day due to bad weather or other circumstances, they come out within 2 days. They are very fast, and their team does a great job in just a short amount of time. They also pick up fallen branches and leaves and take it with them."

I have a cell phone and can receive text messages, but I can't respond him. I received a message and another attachment that I couldn't open. The message say "Mr. Boyd will no longer do your lawn service" but I'm not sure what. I couldn't see what else was sent. I want to clarify our misunderstanding so I can continue working with him. He does beautiful work. Good work needs to be recognized, and I want him to know how excellent his work is. I would like him to please give me a chance so we can finish this work."

"Carlos Victoria, the owner of this business, is absolutely wonderful. It was such a pleasure to work with him. He was very responsive, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He came out to our property and helped us to determine why our system was not working (needed a new pump). He quickly sent over a proposal and was available to do the work within a day or two. He also suggested that we drill for new well water since ours was very rusty. Once those two things were in place, he came out more than once to check that the system was running properly and that we had good coverage. He noticed some spots that needed adjusting, and quickly fixed them for us. Finally, we had new landscaping installed, and he came out again to see if any sprinklers needed to be added/moved as a result. Again, he completed the work very quickly and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend him. <br />"
