"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I really need more than five stars for my recommendation of petpeepee.com and Meir Martin. He is a true professional and the best communicator of any service provider I’ve ever encountered. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. "I called Anton because a houseguest spilled red Gatorade on my white carpet. The same house guest had previously spilled coffee on the same carpet and Anton told me how to get it out. It worked great on the coffee but did not work this time. Anton was not hopeful about red Gatorade and when he did try, it did not work. I called him again after I looked into replacing the carpet and found that it has been discontinued and there is nothing similar available. It has a very subtle Winnie-the-Pooh design in it and I really love the carpet. I begged Anton to give it his best "Hail Mary" and he agreed. Today he came out again and he was successful!!!! I am so happy to be able to keep the carpet I love!!! I am so thankful to Anton for trying a second time! The carpet looks amazing! He tried something not sold for this type of stain but he was willing to do the Hail Mary I requested and I remain grateful!"

"The 2-man crew showed up at the appointed time and vacummed the entire carpeted areas to be cleaned. They used a specific machine  designed to scrub, rinse, lift the pile and extract the dirty residue. All and all I thought the job was well done.  My carpets were not excessively dirty but the results were acceptable.  The hight traffic area in front of my husband's recliner did not turn out as well as the rest of the carpet. It took approximately 10 hours to dry enough to re-vacuum and put furniture back. The carpet was cleaned by 11 am on the scheduled day and I revacuumed and put furniture back the following morning. <br />"

"Great job! Carpets are beautiful. They did some much needed repairs, also. One carpet had a large chunk out of the side (dog chewed). They repaired the area and now cannot tell where the problem was. Pick up and delivery also excellent. I'll use them again in the future."

"The AQM product did a great job of killing off the remaining Mold that was next to impossible to get to. It was in carpet, and under some cabinets. There is no longer any issues, and all the people in the Apartment are healthy again. Have also used a number of OdorXit Products in our aging parents house. We had to remove paneling and ceiling tile and spray the frame structure with the Mold killing product. Parents report that they are feeling better, and no longer notice the old / moldy smells. Have been very pleased with the product performance and the advice provided by OdorXit. I highly recommend these products."

"My husband and I have carpet in our living room and have not had it cleaned in over 3 years, so it was dingy with spots and track marks where everyone walks through the living room. We had previously heard about Justice Carpet and Tile Cleaning of Florida, Inc. and decided to give them a try. We called to coordinate a time and they were very flexible. When the gentleman showed up to clean the carpets he was very nice and professional. They use a tube from the van in to your home so it is not overburdensome or space consuming. He steam cleaned our living room in just under an hour and it took approximately 5-6 hours to fully dry. The carpet looked BRAND NEW! I was seriously so impressed that I regretted waiting so long. We had definitely spent over $100 the last couple of years buying over the counter carpet cleaning products, and countless hours on our hands and knees trying to clean it ourselves. Now we know not to waste our time or money and just call Justice Carpet and Tile Cleaning of Florida. We will definitely use their services for our carpet and tile cleaning needs. It has been over a week and our carpets still look brand new! We have a new house rule now: NO SHOES ON THE CARPET! :)"
