If you'd like to see it.....send me your email and I'll forward it to you. There was NO confusion on my part. It was YOUR company that dropped the ball. Time for you to OWN IT and don't blame the customer who waited 4 weeks to only get stood up. Here's the email YOU guys sent me.....Read it. It says IN THE MORNING. "We broke the top of a persons sewer line boring, They quoted 5300.00 I and my crew dug most of it up and filled the hole in and raked the rock back to make it look nice. They spent for ever trying to jet it out. 4 of them just sitting there jetting it out. The homeowner finally asked if they wanted to backwash their pool into the line to clean the pipe.. 5 minutes and pretty much clear.. I or anyone else would of jetted from the hole that was opened up but they didn’t. They put it back together and tried jetting it through bends. They messed up and while I was watching through their camera and they were just pretty much trying to shove a pressure washer hose down the pipe with nothing attached to it. They were just trying to push the stuff with a camera while running a garden hoses and still charged the quoted price. My guys could have done it for like 100.00 bucks if that’s all they were going to do"
