I have given him EVERY chance to make things right but he has not. Also, while he was here doing the project initially, a neighbor of mine asked if I was happy with his work, well, I said yes because he was a nice guy and was working to complete the requested tasks. Based on my recommendation, they also decided to use him for a project. He repeatedly told them he would come out and start but blew off their appointments just as he has done to me. VERY disappointing. again, I have given him more than half a dozen chances to make this right before submitting reviews but apparently he doesn't feel the need. VERY DISAPPOINTING."
